Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your sunglasses have an issue. The warranty applies as long as there are no signs of intentional damage.

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

To receive a full refund, return the product with all parts, accessories, and labels that came with it.

180-Limited Warranty

For up to 180 days after delivery, contact us if the hinges fail or the product develops cosmetic cracking or peeling.

Depending on the individual circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Each claim will be reviewed individually.
